When did you find Newgrounds and why did you join? Why did you choose the username Ericho?

"I was originally a forum member of a website called TVTome (now just TV.com). It was there that I met Kirbopher, whom recently made a new TTA series. He eventually had me in as a character and first posted on this website, and I got hooked. My real name is Eric, so I decided to just use a funny sounding variant of my real name."

"I think I have become more mature in that I have probably become smarter. Probably not much else, though."

You have over 10,000 posts. What do you think about Newgrounds forums? Do you consider yourself as a forum regular?

"I certainly consider myself a forum regular. I think it's as good a place as any other forum to go to express thoughts and ideas, especially given that there are so many non specific ones."

"Kirbopher, obviously as mentioned, and he really paved the way for my work here. I got affected postively from feedback from other prolific reviewers like XwaynecoltX and ViceFullbuster."

Are there any users that you would consider enemies or that you just don't like?

Ericho:

"Yeah, there's a couple I find annoying, particularly poxpower and Bacchanalian. They just keep bothering me about how dumb I am for being religious and stuff. I pretty much just stopped going to the "Official Atheism vs. Theism" thread."

I guess that you have an opinion about the moderators of Newgrounds. Do you think that they do a great job or not?

Ericho:

"I think they do a pretty good job. I mean, I haven't been banned in quite some time, lol. I honestly don't know much about them, but they seem like competant people."

Would you like to become a moderator on Newgrounds? If so, what kind of moderator?

Ericho:

"Probably not, as it would create more work for me. I just have so many reviews to catch up on! I started going to this website in 2004, but didn't get an account until 2008, so I feel like I missed so much. If I could be a moderator, I guess it would be something like a Review Moderator, simply because I'm so familiar with them."

The redesign is rumored to happen within the next months, are you looking forward to it? What kind of changes do you want to see?

"I really haven't thought about it much, but I have noticed the changes this website has had over the years, I even made a YouTube video about it. The changes would hopefully be for the better."

"Certainly! In fact, I look forward to pretty much anything regarding Christmas as it is easily my favorite holiday and certainly the biggest out there."

In the last 3 years, you made over 6000 flash reviews and additionally over 1000 audio reviews. Do you like the ability to give feedback to the artists of Newgrounds?

"I really do. All my life I had read reviews by people like Roger Ebert and Leonard Maltin or people on the IMDB and realized it was great to connect with someone on a personal level for a narrative."

How does it make you feel when an author replies in a mean way to a review?

Ericho:

"I usually just try to ignore them. I mean, I see a lot of spammy flashes that aren't meant to be good, so it's best to just think they shouldn't be taken too seriously."

Do you think that author's replies should be flaggable/reportable too, when they leave insults under a constructive and fair review?

Ericho:

"Yes, I do. I understand that a lot of people get banned for writing neglectful reviews, so why wouldn't the authors get the same treatment? We all have to adhere to the rules."

What can we expect from you in the future, Ericho?

Ericho:

"You can expect more reviews simply and hopefully some voice work. My single voice clip "Ericho's Voice Acting" is doing really badly, but I hope to voice myself in Kirbopher's new TTA series."
