When did you find Newgrounds and why did you join?

Confucianism:

"Well my boy, there could very well be a series of events that lead me to this wonderfull place. It realy was quite long ago. But I suppose I found out about this place, oh, lets say four years ago. When I was browsing the internet in my gaming years, dreadful business that. I prefer to read nowdays. But I digress. Yes I was looking for a better gaming site than that of Miniclip and the like and I stumbled upon this site. Its layout was far more apealing than that of its rivals in the gaming genre. And so I decided to make this my regular gaming destination. Untill I came upon a site called Arcadeprehacks. They hack games you see. All games have been approved to be hacked by their authors so there is no misunderstanding. What I mean by this hacking is that you will now have unlimited health or unlimited money. You can see why some see the apeal in this. And so I made this my regular destination for games. A year or so later I grew weary of this and found it lacked a certain warmth and originality that I got from Newgrounds. And so on 07/19/11 I decided that instead of just playing games on this website I should create an account as it only seemed logical at the time to do so in the case of me already coming here a lot."

You seem to be very active on the forums. Do you think that the forums are an enjoyable place?

Confucianism:

"Oh my yes. Quite so indeed old boy. I do like to see a discussion or two where I can sit at the side line and view an argument from both sides. It gives me a broader view of the picture. If I am walking with two other men, each of them will serve as my teacher. I will pick out the good points of the one and imitate them, and the bad points of the other and correct them in myself. I also like to see peoples actions and reactions to what people have to say around here. It amuses me and I do like to then bemuse people in a retort or reply."

"None in the slightest. I want to be everything that's me, deep at the center of my being."

Are there users that you like, and how do they affect you?

Confucianism:

"I like a variety of people on Newgrounds. Some people like them some people dont. I view the good and the bad in people. But I never contract friendship with a man that is not better than myself. As I have said I take on board what people have to say. It can alter my views on things or can cause me falter in my faith of them."

Are there any users that you would consider enemies?

Confucianism:

"None. I may not be liked by some and they can think what they want, but I see no-one as an enemy as of yet."

You say that you are a proud furry. Do you think that people see you differently because of this preference?

Confucianism:

"I have not said I am a proud furry. But I do have a sig openly saying I am a furry. So I do not care wheather somebody dislikes me for being a furry. If they dislike me for this reason alone then thats their choice, a fairly stupid choice, but their choice all the same. As I have said time and again, I do not have any sexual interest in any foreign species in regard to homo sapiens. I do not want to dress up like a furry either. I am only interested in the artwork and idea of furries in a sexual way."

You are, sadly, one of the users who got affected by the Canas incident. How do you think about it?

Confucianism:

"I was indeed one of those effected by the Canas incident. I lost my bronze whistle soon to be silver. I however did not get banned. I am indifferent to what happened to me. It was not a loss I cared much for. But I cant speak for everyone when I say I dont care what happened to peoples whistles or the fact that people got banned for a determinded amount of time. In my view people over reacted, but what can you expect of the general public of Newgrounds. 'Chuckle'. I am however do send my regards to Canas for what happened to his private information in this hacking. Nobody deserves this."

There is no doubt that you are one of the most outstanding Rookies. Do you think that new users are accepted on Newgrounds and do you think that you are an established member of our community?

Confucianism:

"I would say that a lot of new users do not help themselves in the matter of posting with little inteligence and are oblivious to the way you are advised to post. I seem to be one of the few that actualy posted decently from day one. I dont see why people cannot be themselves while posting. I just post what I think. Some new users are taken in like myself but most of the time if a new user is not accepted or shunned to one side, generaly they are not helping themsleves with their attitude. I have had people say such things like "You are a personality of the BBS" and many saying that I am a decent poster. So I would say judging by what people have said that I am an established member of the community. But after all I have not been here that long. Who knows what may happen next."
