Don't be so hard on yourself. I think you do great on what you're doing and should be proud on what you've achieved. Praise (and awards) doesn't come just like that. You earn them and you certainly did.
Now I am filled with knowledge about Kel-chan, one of the great creatives of this site, apparently a prime example of the practice-makes-perfect preachings and that you can do anything you set your mind to! Never woulda guessed she didn't have a more formal education with that huge repertoire of awesome anime. Great interview.

I kinda figured she was an older person, definitely a solid personality, and my God so driven, even if she does use the shoulder and sidewalk to expel those creative urges.
