I wonder how recently the name change was? I thought It'd been Vinnyy for quite a while now. Anyhow, good interview! Vinnyy seems like more than just an ordinary person with nothing special. :P
When I interviewed him his name was actually VinnyXY ^^
Oh, good to know! I was assuming the change you spoke of was from Vinny99 in the first question, maybe clarify that?
I changed it now to reflect the name change correctly :)
Does the Newgrounds staff continue to manually count whistle points? I'm not necessarily asking to see how many whistle points I have, just if I am earning any by manually reporting submissions through PMs or BBS posts.
That is not the case. Nowadays you can only gain whistle points by flagging abusive reviews correctly, so it's more difficult to gain a higher whistle rank, especially with the decreased activity that we see today.
