What exactly is your motivation to do all these interviews?
Also, i think that this interview doesn't flow that well. I mean, it's not really.. comfortable to read. But that's probably just my opinion, i'm no interviewer.
I like to find out more about my fellow forums users. And I think that others can get a different view on them too.
